Welcome to Property Cleaning Cork (trading as RJ Services). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a service with us, you are agreeing to these terms in full.
1. Services Provided
Property Cleaning Cork provides professional exterior maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Industrial-strength Pressure Washing
- Soft Washing (Render & Facade Cleaning)
- Roof Moss Removal & Treatment
- Gutter Clearing & Repairs
- Professional Window Cleaning (Pure Water Technology)
2. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Quotes are based on the information provided by the client or a site visit. If the scope of work changes upon arrival (e.g., additional areas requested or unexpected surface conditions), we reserve the right to amend the quote.
- For residents in further reaches of the county (e.g., Fermoy, Bandon, or Kinsale), quotes are inclusive of travel unless otherwise stated.
3. Access & Requirements
To provide a 5-star service, we require the following from the client:
- Access: Clear access to all areas requiring cleaning. Please ensure gates are unlocked and any pets are kept indoors during the service.
- Water Supply: We generally require access to a working outdoor water tap. If no water is available on-site, this must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Obstructions: Please move vehicles, garden furniture, and ornaments away from the work area to prevent accidental damage or delays.
4. Window Cleaning Specifics
- Our window cleaning uses a High-Reach Pure Water System. This means windows are cleaned with de-ionised water and left to dry naturally for a streak-free finish.
- A standard window clean includes the glass, frames, and sills.
- We are not responsible for existing scratches or damage to glass that become visible once the grime is removed.
5. Safety & Liability
- Property Cleaning Cork is fully insured with Public and Employers Liability.
- We use industrial-grade equipment. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, such as loose render, leaking window seals, or brittle roof tiles.
- For Soft Washing and Pressure Washing, we recommend that all windows and doors remain closed throughout the process to prevent water ingress.
6. Cancellations
We understand that plans change. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a call-out fee to cover travel and scheduling losses.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a prior commercial agreement is in place.
- We accept Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers.
- For commercial contracts in Little Island, Mahon, or Cork City, payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is to leave every property in Cork looking its absolute best. If you are not 100% satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of the job completion, and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

As a local Cork business, we operate with integrity. While we use industrial-strength solutions for the best results, we follow strict safety protocols to protect your property and ensure a professional, clean environment.
